Terence McKenna sound bites
In January 1999, Terence McKenna made his last appearence
at the Entheobotany Conference in Palenque, Mexico. Along
with Ken Symington, Jonathan Ott, and Rob Montgomery, Terence
produced this series of annual conferences, which over time
acquired legendary status.
Our
dear friend, Noah, recorded most of the talks at this conference.
Later he gave us a copy of Terence's presentation, which was
titled "Linear Society and Non-Linear Drugs." Noah
wouldn't take any money for the copy he gave us, in fact,
he wouldn't even take anything to pay for his cost in duplicating
the tape. He just said, "I want as many people as possible
to hear what Terence has to say. Please pass it around."
The following clips are sound bites from that talk. Over
time, we will be posting short clips of this talk in MP3 format.
Any comments and/or suggestions for posting more of this material
will determine how many more clips are posted. Please send
your comments to Larry Hagerty (hagerty@matrixmasters.com).
