In case you haven't visited the Web site of the California Cannabis Research Medical Group, you might want to check it out. Among other things, this group publishes the above named journal. Also included is text from the Congressional hearings about The Prohibition of Marijuana. There you can read the government's witnesses say things like, "[marijuana] is now being used extensively by high school children in cigarettes. It's effect is deadly. . . . The fatal marijuana cigarette must be recognized as a deadly drug, and the American children must be protected against it."

That testimony was given in 1937 and a significant number of Americans are so screwheaded that they still believe these lies.
