The program, which began Wednesday, January 28, represents an ambitious effort by the government to develop a trusted warning system that can help home users and technology experts. Imagine Homeland Security using the word, "trusted." Read the MSNBC story... speaking of trusted.

I at least got a chuckle out of this one. I wonder how many BILLION$$$$ the little bush is going to throw at this? But, that's just my opinion.
