And without a doubt, if you could go back in time and remove each and every lie the government has ever told, the United States of America -- at least as we know it -- would cease to exist. I'll remind you all, however, that for government, existence is a privilege, not a right. And it is a privilege that, according to Thomas Jefferson, may be revoked at any time."
