DEA Moves to Schedule 2C-T-7 (July 18, 2002)
The US Drug Enforcement Administration today published notice that it intends to place the drug 2C-T-7 into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. 2C-T-7 is being scheduled pursuant to the DEA’s emergency scheduling powers, meaning that the scheduling could take effect in as early as 30 days (August 17, 2002).
